Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG), a nationally recognized professional recruiting firm is currently seeking an onsite Customer Solutions Representative for our client in Summerville, SC.  

Summary:
The Customer Solutions Representative will act as a direct liaison between customers, end users, sales, operational departments and key vendors.  This role includes customer support, order management, issue resolution and follow up.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to all in-bound customer communication (written and verbal) in a knowledgeable, pleasant and professional manner.
  • Responsible for client interactions, including quotes, order management, sales invoicing, product and service issue resolution with an emphasis on creating customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely support to the sales team, including trade shows, sales materials, basic reporting, etc.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with overseas offices.

Qualifications:
  • At least two years of relevant customer service experience 
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Capable of learning other systems such as Oracle, Salesforce, etc. 
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment 
  • EDI system experience preferred.

  • Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
