Salary: 200K DOE
As the Director of Business Development at the company, you will play a critical role in steering the company's growth initiatives within established and emerging aerospace markets. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you will provide strategic oversight for developing long-term growth strategies and key account management. This position entails building and maintaining high-level relationships with OEMs and technology customers, leading negotiations for new contracts, and identifying market opportunities through thorough research and analysis.
