Johnson Service Group is currently looking for Director of Construction Services with 15+ years’ experience to oversee and manage our projects while mentoring and growing a team of NICET certified construction management/inspection professionals. This is a direct hire opportunity with a civil and structural engineering firm located in Cherry Hill NJ area.
Pay up to $170K
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with PE License in New Jersey or NICET in Highway Construction Level IV; Surface transportation (infrastructure) Agency experience; i.e., NJDOT, NJTA, SJTA, NJT, Counties and Municipalities; Successful track record of bringing in new work from proposal development and business development strategies; Experience with quality assurance/quality control, contract negotiations, cost control and construction administration; Experience to operate in a Resident Engineer/Assistant Resident Engineer capacity if needed.
