Johnson Service Group (JSG) has an immediate opening for a Director of Nursing in the state of Washington.
The Director of Nursing Services (DNS) leadership role is responsible for overseeing the Hospital District's Long Term/Extended Care Facility. The DNS ensures the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, regulatory compliance, planning and coordination of nursing services, health education for residents, and the effective management of the Extended Care team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current and valid Washington State nursing license.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
Proven experience in nursing leadership and management, preferably in a long-term care setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in utilizing healthcare technology and electronic health records.
Salary Range: up to $150,000 depending on experience.
