This is a permanent opportunity with a great hospital here in Washington state. Responsibilities:
- Monitors all billing and collections
- Identifies system issues within account receivable
- In charge of all denial management
- Monitors payer contracts
- Oversee operations of all billing staff
- Updated on Medicare regulations
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Five years hospital acute care experience required
- Five years prior Manager experience
- Hands on
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems
- BA and or BS in Healthcare
- Critcal Access Hospital experince prefered
