BA/BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or General)
1-2 years of progressive engineering experience (Preferred)
Project Management
Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
Computer Assisted Design/Geographic Information System - basic proficiency
MS Office - advanced proficiency
