Job Description:
Lead project execution from start to finish while ensuring customer expectations are met. Accurately track delivery of parts and materials for service orders.
Liaise with procurement, operations, scheduling, customers, contractors and finance team to streamline project workflows
Manage documentation and scheduling using SAP
Communicate directly with customers on project updates, delivery schedules, and close-out processes
Support field and production teams with administrative and project coordination
Drive timely invoicing and reduce overdue payments through proactive accounts receivable management
Provide guidance to commercial operations and project teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Qualifications:
PMP certification or actively pursuing it
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
3+ years of experience in electrical substation or utilities project management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and scheduling tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for our client in the United States
