Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for a GIS Tech with certification and 0-2 years of experience, to fill a 2 year assignment in Atlanta GA.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
0-2 Years Experience in a related field.
Diploma or certificate in Geographical Information Systems or related curriculum.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in managing and updating GIS databases, ensuring accurate geographical data input.
Enter and update data within GIS databases.
Assist in basic map creation using GIS tools.
Support GIS Analysts in larger projects.
Attend training to enhance proficiency in GIS software.
Ensure data quality and consistency.
SKILL SETS & EXPERTISE:
Familiarity with GIS software and tools
This position is hybrid with 4 days in office and 1 day remote
This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
