Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Chief Inspector who is experienced in infrastructure construction. This is a direct hire opportunity with an integrated Construction, Design and Technology solutions firm located in Nesconset/Stony Brook NY area.
Pay: $145K to $165K
Responsibilities
The Chief Inspector will be responsible for managing several inspectors and coordinating all construction inspections for major infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
NICET Level IV preferred -or- Civil Engineering Degree
15 years NYSDOT experience required
NYSDOT inspection and Site Manager experience required
Concrete and asphalt pavement, retaining walls, drainage, noise walls, highway utility, traffic signals, and landscaping experience required
ACI, NYSDEC 4hr E&S Control, and NETTCP certifications a plus
