Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for an Estimator to review orders on contracts etc. This is a direct hire opportunity with a top ranked A/E Firm and will be located in Rockland County NY.
Pay $100,000
Responsibilities
Review orders on contract from field estimators for contract compliance
Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location
Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract
Review dispute letters, analyze contract documents and make contract interpretation on validity of dispute
Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff, and contract management on issues and complex matters
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or associates degree with 2 years of estimating experience or 4 years’ experience as an estimator.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Estimating experience in all areas of construction preferred.
