Education
High School Diploma required
Experience (Minimum 4+ Years Required in Each Area)
International travel coordination (multi-country, complex itineraries)
Event management and executive-level document drafting
Data visualization and C-suite level presentations (advanced PowerPoint/Google Slides)
Executive Assistant or office management experience within a complex matrix organization
Skills & Competencies
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Highly organized with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Strong diplomacy and intercultural communication skills
Proven autonomy, sound decision-making ability, and problem-solving agility
