JSG is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the General Manager in Simi Valley, CA.
Job Duties:
5+ years recent senior level administrative experience, preferably in an Aerospace, Defense or Space environment or similar discipline
Advanced computer skills using MS Operating Systems including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Excellent scheduling, typing, documentation, telephone and calendaring skill
U.S Citizen or Resident Status
Provides day to day oversight and project support
Represent the Company in a polished and professional manner
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Assist in preparing materials, presentations, forms, detailed graphics, reports, metrics, spreadsheets and charts
Plan and coordinate high level projects, client visits, travel and meetings
Manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling sensitive business/personal appointments
Performs non-routine assignments including responding to urgent schedule changes
Performs other duties as assigned to support the business
Pay rate: $30-$33 DOE
