Description: The Commercial Financial Services organization is responsible for booking transactions associated with the purchase and sale of clean bulk products. In addition, this department bills customers and processes invoices associated with these commodities. The Movement Capture Analyst obtains the supporting documentation to verify product movements and ensures these are accurately and appropriately captured in the system. The Commercial Products Billing Analyst ensures invoices are processed according to contract terms. The Secondary Costs Analyst processes payments for costs associated with moving the primary products. The work supports Phillips 66 Commercial operations and requires a high degree of interaction with Commercial product schedulers and Peers within Billing, Refinery, Inventory & Exchange, Master Data, Tax and Commercial Integration.
Responsibilities may include:
• Interfacing with Traders and Schedulers for problem resolution and consistency
• Interfacing with pipeline terminals, truck/rail carriers, and inspection companies to obtain bill of ladings or reports
• Timely and accurately processing product or secondary cost invoices
• Develop relationships with third party vendors as a representative of Phillips 66
• Interfacing with Regulatory group
• Work with the billing analyst and movement capture analyst
• Work with Inventory and Exchange groups to resolve issues
• Creating CITS for Tax Issues
• Daily contact with the Credit services group on issues
• Work with several P66 groups including Commercial Trade Support, Billing Support, Star Pricing, and Star Customer Vendor Request
• Reconciling vendor invoices to Right Angle
Requirements:
Basic/Required:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business-related Field
Preferred:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Proficient in SAP and SolArc Right Angle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence others without direct supervision
• Desire to learn new ideas and concepts
• Self-starter that is goal oriented
• Strong, positive attitude with good organizational skills
• Able to build relationships and serve as a resource with external and internal business partners
