JSG is seeking two Full Stack Software Developer’s for a contract to hire role in Woodland Hills, CA. The developers will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications across the stack—from backend APIs and services to dynamic, modern front-end interfaces. The developers will play a key role in building robust web applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using .NET and React/Next.js.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services with ASP.NET Core.
Develop modern, responsive front-end user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-impact features.
Optimize application performance and ensure application security best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
Solid experience with modern front-end technologies: React.js and Next.js.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and REST APIs.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, PostgreSQL)
 Strong knowledge of user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create user-focused solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time data handling.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (xUnit, Jest, etc.).
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with security and performance optimization best practices.
 Salary: $62-$65 per hour
