Johnson Service Group is looking for a Graduate Administrative Intern in San Jose. This position will support the training program, specifically the integration of the EH&S training matrixes into the Learning Management System (LMS) in the form of "Learning Paths", pre-bundled curriculums containing groupings of training.
Responsibilities:
Update and finalize EH&S training matrixes
Input defined classifications training curriculums into the LMS
Create learning paths for each position and unit
Enter learning paths for all of company classifications (This requires assigning the corresponding training requirements to the pre-configured list. This requires a lot of data entry.)
Add continuing Education Units to the system (This is a manual task that adds the information within the course descriptions.)
Update class descriptions
Requirements:
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work independently.
Heavy data entry.
Experience with Litmos.
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with Zoom and Teams.
Valid CA drivers license
Current enrollment as a graduate student in an accredited college or university (taking a minimum of 6 units per grading period). Note: Proof of enrollment will be required prior to start of assignment. Students must remain in school to continue to participate. Work can be part-time while school is in session or full-time during breaks and summer vacation.
Rate: $30.31 full-time 6 month contract
