Our client based in Michigan, provides individuals with disabilities with support and all the necessary means to continue living independently. They are currently conducting a direct hire search for an HR Coordinator. In this role, you will have an immediate impact on the group as a whole.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Director by:
Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyze information
Filing and retrieving HR and or corporate records, documents, and reports as needed
Preparing and formatting information for internal and external distribution
Investigate and resolve employee requests regarding human resources issues and concerns
Coordinate, communicate and schedule interviews with candidates
Ensure processing of timely performance appraisals are completed for all support staff
Retrieve mail and distribute accordingly
Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
Oversee spreadsheets for various projects
Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
Complete Secretary of State Renewals for all company vehicles
Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director
Maintain a positive, open, and supportive relationship with all management and staff
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of two years of human resources experience
Must possess strong administrative and clerical skills
Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
Must be able to handle sensitive information and tasks discreetly
