Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a HR Coordinator in Orange County, CA. As a key player in this organization, you'll coordinate engaging interview processes, guide candidates through their journey, and ensure a smooth experience for all. Your organizational expertise will keep our hiring pipeline running seamlessly, from scheduling interviews across multiple calendars to arranging travel, lodging, and meals when needed. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support administrative workflows, maintain our applicant tracking system, and facilitate smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
In this role, you'll also lead projects related to candidate experience and logistics, helping us attract top talent and maintain a positive, inclusive environment. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities with precision and professionalism will help us grow a diverse, motivated workforce.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Hybrid M-Thurs in-office/ Friday WFH
Pay range: $35-$45 per hour DOE
What You'll Do:
Schedule and coordinate virtual, phone, and on-site interviews, managing multiple calendars efficiently.
Guide candidates through the interview process, answering questions and providing a welcoming experience.
Arrange travel, lodging, and meals for candidates as needed.
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system, Oracle.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers during intake meetings to streamline workflows.
Support project initiatives aimed at enhancing candidate experience and process efficiency.
Must-Have Qualifications:
1–3 years of administrative or recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced corporate setting.
Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (specifically Oracle).
Previous project management experience in HR or related fields.
