Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for an HR Manager for a hospital here in Washington State. This is a permanent opportunity to make a huge impact on the hospital and the community you serve. This is a permanent opportunity starting at 110K per year.

Responsibilities:
- Leading a department of three Human Resource professionals
- Overseeing benefits, and compensation
- Union relations
- Oversee employee experience, and relations
- New hire orientation
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Human Resource leadership in a healthcare setting
- Union relations experience
- Critical Access Hospital experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or 5 years of recent experience
