Johnson Service Group, a nationally award-winning staffing firm, has an immediate opportunity for a HRIS Specialist who has experience with SAP SuccessFactors for our Medical Device Client in Auburn, MA.
6-month contract | Hybrid – 2 days onsite | The pay range for this position is between $30.00 – 31.25 per hour depending on qualifications.
Summary:
This position is responsible for administering multiple HR systems and maintaining employee information for the purposes of accurate record keeping, database management, and payroll activity. This role supports and collaborates with the HRIS team as well as other HR team members while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems
System transition implementation experience preferred.
Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems required.
Ability to navigate through both automated and manual work processes across HR functions and with other departments required.
Excellent time-management skills required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
4 + years’ experience Human Resources Information Systems strongly preferred; 2+ years required.
2+ years SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central strongly preferred.
2+ years KRONOS/Dimensions Timekeeping and backend proficiency strongly preferred.
Ability to multi-task efficiently with exceptional attention to detail is non-negotiable.
Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a collaborative manner with employees at all levels across the organization.
Must embody a work style that incorporates an appropriate sense of urgency as well as a positive and collegial team spirit.
Must possess exemplary attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and unwavering confidentiality.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and related work experience required
