Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for an HVAC Technician for our client in the Beaumont, VA area. This is a direct hire position with competitive pay, signing bonus and great benefits. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-oriented company that’s growing significantly.
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for both preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance work and minimal installations with our client’s facility.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience working as an HVAC Technician
Good working knowledge of HVAC-related equipment and one or more of the following trades/skills: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
EPA & HVAC certification required.
Strong commercial experience or institutional experience is a plus.
Must be able to read blueprints and as-built drawings.
Building maintenance experience.Â
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
Willing and able to work occasional on-call shifts.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal back ground check.
Microsoft Office skills required.
High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
