Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently searching for a talented IT Business Systems Manager. This is an outstanding direct hire opportunity with our global aerospace/defense/industrial client.
Responsibilities:
Will lead an IT team, including hiring, training/development, coaching, and succession planning.
Review proposals for IT system improvement with System Analysts and key staff.
Provide leadership and mentoring to staff for major projects.
Lead a team in the migration from SAP ECC to SAP\4 Hanna.
Lead/manage ERP Analysts to support SAP and an internal ERP WISE system.
Qualifications:
4-6+ years of leadership experience preferably within an IT development and/or Systems Analysis environment.
This position requires strong IT, business systems analysis, and systems development/design experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with systems development and in supporting global projects, throughout multiple U.S. locations
4-year college degree is required, ideally in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Administration.
Location: Fort Collins, CO - Hybrid
Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 annually plus excellent benefits and career growth potential.
