Description:
The ILI Coordinator works with the ILI Project Manager to prepare for the ILI Project execution, to coordinate all the various parties involved with the execution of the ILI and then to gather all field documentation and send completed project binder to the ILI PM.
Project Preparation:
- Gather information (questionnaire, pipe tally, historical information, schematics, drawings, schedule, vendor information);
- Perform checks on available information (valves, tees, bends, wall thickness, debris, flow, pressures, drips, probes, etc.);
- Coordinate with regions (area managers, FWPs) for resources; send checklists and other documents, procedures, etc.;
- Coordinate with Operations Planning; draft and review working procedure; identify problems and correct them;
- Coordinate with ILI tool and tracking vendors; make sure they are aware of Companys field requirements for operation and safety; discuss access issues, equipment needed, NORMs, etc.;
- Coordinate with region personnel to insure the pre-work gets done (valve and trap inspections and checks, valve status changes, O-ring and other parts ordered, light plants, silencers, air movers and other equipment is available);
- Make arrangements for field binders, NORM meters, satellite phones or radios, travel, rental cars, hotels, etc.;

ILI tool set up in the shop, valves checked and documented, isolation plans defined and available, maps and direction to sites available;
- Supervise launch and receive operations:
tool loading, trap pressurizing and valve swings, blow-down and tool retrieving, site clean-up and returning to normal operation;
- Coordinate tool runs:
communicate with trackers, Gas Control representative and tool vendor; coordinate tool speed adjustments; communicate with sales tap owners or producers, region techs operating valves during pig runs;
