Job Description
JSG is hiring an Account Executive / Inside Sales Rep for our client in Azusa, CA.
Job Duties:
- Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining and reaching out to company prospects and current customers to maintain and grow business relations.
- Their main responsibilities are to acquire new accounts and maintain their account lists as well as assist the department with other customer service needs.
- The daily tasks for an account executive is to make contacts with current and future prospects by email and phone, conduct market and customer research, produce quotes and orders for prospective clients, gather customer feedback, document and log business partner activities, update and maintain business partner data, and customer service procedures relating to helping customers by email, phone, fax, or electronic ordering.
- The Account Executive will also produce visit plans and schedule visits to local and out of state customers. He or she will also serve as the company’s representative for trade shows, conventions, seminars, and other events as assigned.
- High school degree, sales experience, bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus, knowledge with Microsoft related products and ability to write and type fluently.
- The Account Executive in the wholesale department will serve as the liaison between the company and our current and prospective clients.Â
- Will work with all departments to ensure our current and future customers are taken care of and help the company grow in business.
- The account executive will work with the accounting department to get new customers approved on terms if applicable and or update accounting regarding payment status, credits, or returns if applicable.
- The account executive will provide purchasing department feedback from customers regarding our product quality and or pricing.
- The account executive will work with the operations manager and sales manager on production, logistics, and other customer service related issues/tasks.
Pay rate: $20
