Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Laboratory Manager with previous acute-care lab experience. This is a permanent opportunity with a great hospital here in the beautiful state of Montana. If you are looking to slow it down from city life then this might just be perfect for you. This is a permanent opportunity starting at  90k per year.

Responsibilities:
- Oversees all functions of the Laboratory
- Great Leadership skills
- Occasional bench-work and provided bench support
- Implementation of new services
- Making sure all regulatory standards are met
- Collaboration, Budgeting, Team Building
- Department Staffing
- Materials and Inventory Management
 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology
- ASCP or equivalent
- 5 years of generalist experience
- 4 years of leadership experience
- General knowledge of staffing, and budgeting
