Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Laboratory Manager with previous acute-care lab experience. This is a permanent opportunity with a great hospital in Montana. Great leadership and is an amazing place to work.Â
This is a permanent opportunity starting at  90k per year
Offering Relocation and Retention Bonus
 Responsibilities:
Oversees all functions of the Laboratory
Great Leadership skills
Occasional bench-work and provided bench support
Implementation of new services
Making sure all regulatory standards are met
Collaboration, Budgeting, Team Building
Department Staffing
Materials and Inventory Management
 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree relevant to service area preferred
Certification as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician from ASCP or AMT
4 years of experience as a Medical Technologist preferred
Demonstrated management/leadership and program management skills
Current licensure/certification in the State of Montana by time of start date
BLS Healthcare Provider certification within 6 months of start date
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered
