JSG is hiring a Maintenance Manager in Foreman, AR. This role requires 10+ years of experience and a BS degree.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance activities, and overseeing maintenance personnel for plant equipment and machinery. This role involves managing capital expenditures, controlling plant budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and enforce plant safety guidelines.
Assign job responsibilities, goals, and performance standards to maintenance department employees.
Collaborate with other department managers to prioritize maintenance projects.
Oversee and schedule maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, and plant shutdowns.
Supervise maintenance department operations, performance evaluations, and recommendations for promotions.
Coordinate contractor work for specific repairs and work with vendors for equipment and supplies.
Participate in plant safety and environmental programs.
Support budget development and implementation for maintenance and capital projects.
Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations and plant safety standards.
Provide training for new and existing employees in safety and technical skills.
Regularly inspect plant operations and address maintenance needs.
Resolve maintenance issues, analyze trends from reports, and recommend operational improvements.
Participate in labor contract negotiations and resolve potential grievances.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cement manufacturing facility with management responsibilities.
