Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Maintenance Manager with Food experience preferred. This is a direct hire opportunity with an organization located in Northern Indiana.
Pay around $95K
Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business: Production and Building Maintenance, Utility Systems (Steam, Ammonia, water, electrical compressed air).
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance organization as an effective support group for the facility. Set expectation for Zero Recordables, maintain all GMP requirements       Â
- Oversight of the facility utility system. Support utility PM's / Production PM’s / Active and up to date PSM program
- Oversight of Maintenance storeroom. Maintain accurate inventories. Successful Annual Inventory. Â Â Â Regularly monitoring inventory levels and managing SLOB inventories.
- All preventive maintenance planning and execution. Work with scheduler and maintenance planner to effectively schedule PM's. Coordinate third party PM schedules and contracts.
- Management of the work order system. Review work order completion rates. Manage weekly KPI's
- Develop / Manage and execute the facility capital plans. Develop current year and 3 year rolling capital plan. Effectively manage, execute, and close current year capital plan.
- Responsible for the maintenance, building, and utility budgets. Manage to the budgeted monthly spending for maintenance and building utilities. Develop the yearly budgets for Maintenance, Building, and Utilities
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or Manufacturing Technologies
