JSG, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. ? Key Responsibilities:
Lead skilled trades personnel in executing preventative and corrective maintenance activities
Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets are consistently met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and equipment downtime issues
Drive maintenance improvements using World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lead kaizen events
Mentor and coach hourly and supervisory team members
? Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or automation experience
Project management and team leadership experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiar with maintenance systems such as TBM, CBM, and DM
Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Valid driver’s license
? Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field
Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment
Six Sigma, Red X, or Green Belt certification
Knowledge of robotics, controls, vision systems, and various industrial conveyance systems
