Skills Required
- 10+ years of relative technical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including:
- Innovatively developing solutions: Demonstrated ability to conceive and implement creative solutions to address complex business issues, utilizing technology to optimize operations.
- Ensuring high service availability: Proven experience in designing and implementing robust IT systems that minimize downtime and eliminate single points of failure.
- Working with Managed Service Providers: Extensive experience in liaising and coordinating with MSPs, optimizing the value derived from both onshore and offshore resources.
- At least 8 years of managerial and leadership experience, showing the ability to lead high-performing teams in an IT environment.
- Extensive experience in IT engineering and operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of the practical application of IT systems and networks in a business context.
