Job Description

Johnson Service Group is looking to hire a Microscope Soldering / Assembler- 2nd shift to work for our client in Cypress, CA!

2nd shift - Training on 1st shift

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform complex mechanical and electrical assembly using work instructions, microscope, drawings, sketches, and redlines.
Perform soldering, wire preparation, torquing, bonding, and touch-up conformal coating operations.
Inspects own work throughout assembly process for compliance with acceptance procedures and J-STD-001 w/ space addendum.
Determines proper terminal connections for components and parts and installs components for proper orientation and polarity.
Operates ovens, hotplates, basic measuring devices, hand, and soldering tools. Uses equipment such as screwdrivers, torque tools, wire strippers, and crimping tools as necessary.
Requires experience in electro-mechanical assembly using microscopes
Requires experience working with minimal supervision to perform and complete assigned work.
Ability to hold and maintain J-STD-001 w/ space addendum.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Space-level build with: bonding/epoxy, thermal strippers, ESD-sensitive components, PCBs, and fabrication of cables.
Current J-STD certification
High School graduate or equivalent

Pay rate: $18-$20 DOE
