Employee must possess and display a mastery of knowledge, skill, and ability in operating Gemcor and one other machine with numerical controllers that perform drilling, countersinking, milling, and riveting.

Employee must be able to use floor operating systems, understand drawings, blueprints and machine schematics.

Must ensure efficient, maximum output, and safe controls of the systems operations for airframe fabrication and assembly.

Monitor machine and analyze data to initiate appropriate actions where warranted. Must be able to adjust, index, synchronize and perform pre-established operator maintenance on all aspects of the machine system.
