Experience as a Product Specialist with a Presales background.
Experience providing Technical Support (tier 2&3).
Providing User training.
Experience in analyzing to identify trends and opportunities.
Supervision experience in installation of major equipment.
Experience with Marketing materials and SEO.
Willingness to provide support after hours.
