Johnson Service Group is looking for an Admin Assistant to support the Engineering Department at one of our clients’ sites in Fremont. This is a 6-month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Will assist department in editing and formatting letters, forms, lists, and reports.
Scanning and filing into a document management system including validating with metadata.
Enter information into a database.
Qualifications:
Intermediate office skills, with ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook are required.
Excellent skills in proofreading grammar, punctuation, and spelling
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple workflows.
Great customer service orientation towards internal staff and in handling customer inquiries.
Equivalent to a High School diploma
1+ years of general office support experience.
Rate: $33.40/hr
