JSG is interested in speaking with Operations Administrator withSupply Chain experience.
This is a contractopportunity with our top client on-site in Edgewood, NY 11717. Pay for this role is $20hr.
The Operations Admin will answer phones daily, respond to inquires/requests for appropriate departments. Also obtaining quotes & PO approvals as well as collaboration with sales & production departments. May also be responsible for processing paperwork for hazardous waste pickups creating Certificates of Analysis & Manufacturing for production and QA. The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;
3+ years of Operational support experience
Experience with inventory, BOL’s, completing supplier questionnaires, and routing
Experience with designing and printing product labels
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills
Proficient with ERP/MRP systems
