JSG is looking for an Operational Analyst with supply chain operations experiencefor our client site in Los Angeles, CA. This is a direct-hire opportunity with pay starting at $24.04hr. Schedule is 8a-5pm (M-F)
The ideal candidate possesses the below additional experience;
2+ years of coordinating supply chain operations (purchasing, accounts payable, and procurement)
Excellent communication/customer service, problem solving, and an ability to develop relationships with suppliers
Proficient with MS Excel & ERP software
Experience performing production planning for customer areas - manage reports to track daily, weekly, monthly, and outage work as well as reporting the status of all work at the customer site
Experience running match exception reports and analyze the root cause of errors and conducting inventory analysis and reconciliation of cycle counting events
Experience managing BIC corrective action plans & Return To Vendor (RIV) processes including repair tracking process
Ability to lift weight unaided of up to 50 pounds; higher weights using equipment such as pallet jacks
