Respirator Medical Evaluation and Fit Test; must pass both in order to start working.
Must be shaved; no facial hair in order to pass Respirator Fit Test. Anyone refusing to shave facial hair must must purchase a full mask prior to starting work, cost is approx, $110.00, no payroll deduction.
