COLLECT AND EVALUATE INFORMATION AND DATA NECESSARY TO COORDINATE, CONDUCT, ASSIST WITH, AND/OR SUPPORT APPROPRIATE RELEVANT ANALYSIS ACROSS ALL TVA ORGANIZATIONS AND FUNCTIONS. COMPLETE RELATED RECONCILIATIONS AND DEVELOP AD HOC REPORTS AS NEEDED.PROVIDE ONGOING REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT OF ANY INTERNAL CONTROL OR DOCUMENTATION ISSUES IN SUPPORT OF SOX. RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT RELATED TO ALL PAYMENT POLICIES AND APPROPRIATE SYSTEMS.
PROVIDE DAILY CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND RELATED TRAINING. SERVE AS POINT OF CONTACT FOR CUSTOMERS VALLEY-WIDE AS WELL AS VENDORS.PROVIDE ANALYSIS AND ACCURATELY REPORT THE RESULTS OF THE ACTIVITY TO THE APPROPRIATE STAKEHOLDER(S), INCLUDING DUPLICATE TRANSACTION ANALYSIS, CORPORATE LIABILITY ANALYSIS, ETC.
PROVIDE DETAILED ANALYTICAL INPUT, DEVELOP METHODOLOGY, APPLY CONTROLS, AND ANALYZE RESULTS OF THE ACCOUNTING REVENUE AND FINANCIAL REPORTING CYCLES.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Experienced in Oracle EBS
- Minimum 3 years experience reconciling GL accounts
Preferred:
- Experienced with SAP Concur
- Accounting experience related to credit card expenses
- Extensive experience reconciling GL accounts
