Johnson Service Group (JSG), a professional recruiting firm is currently seeking a Pricing and Program Coordinator to sit onsite at our client's headquarters in Summerville, SC. Our client is an integrated global manufacturer, importer, and distributor with highly recognizable products constructed from plastic, fiberglass, aluminum, and steel, then distributed to the most recognizable big box marketplace in the United States.
SUMMARY
Work closely with the Director of Costs & Pricing as well as the Assistant Program Manager to provide pricing support for the nationwide sales team and representatives. Supporting the Programs/Pricing team in maintaining accurate program documentation, tracking deliverables, and collaborating with internal departments. This role is vital to helping the team generate customer programs more rapidly new business is pursued via expanding product categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain systems and documents pertaining to customer pricing and product specifications
Create and maintain customer price levels and prices in Oracle NetSuite
Provide support to the Customer Service team with regards to customer program and product inquiries
Quickly and accurately analyze data sets
Aid the team in compiling and analyzing data for customer-focused initiatives
Coordinate project communications, including meetings, calls, and follow-ups, ensuring alignment and clarity among cross-functional teams
Help to improve internal business development processes
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Detail-oriented, accountable and dependable who works well in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Previous experience with Oracle/NetSuite ERP ideal
Knowledge in distribution/operation principles helpful
Import experience or knowledge helpful
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Contract-to-hire role with all intentions of conversion
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
