UPDATE:
LOOKING FOR MORE HANDS ON ORACLE PAYABLE R12 EXPERIENCE/CAN BE ORACLE 8, 9 OR 11I


Identify and execute actions to resolve supplier invoice payment issues across all functions in the procure to pay process. Assist with data collection, analysis and reporting as required. Assist management in identifying new opportunities to increase efficiency as well support the execution of identified process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify issues preventing the timely processing of supplier invoices and execute corrective action using established processes
Maintain open communication with internal Supply Chain team and Shared Services COE team
Provide ongoing supplier relationship support
Identify issue root cause and assist with executing corrective action as authorized
Assist in providing site support of Shared Services COE team toward process improvement efforts
Assist with data collection, analysis and reporting needs as required
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: 3-5 years experience with Accounting Payables Procure to Pay in a manufacturing environment

Skills:
Experience with Oracle R12 Purchasing and Payable Modules, Microsoft Office Suite (Preferred, not required)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with both external and internal customers
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and strong decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
Must manage multiple priorities well and handle projects with short deadlines with extreme attention to detail
Must be able to take full ownership of assignments and responsibilities.
