Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum 8 years of design experience (agency and in-house studio experience preferred)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity aligned closely with strategy
Ability to negotiate and make targeted decisions quickly to build credibility
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated presentation, business development and selling skills
Able to understand individual project/team roles/responsibilities, while encouraging colleagues to go beyond to add value
Experience engaging with and presenting to clients as needed
Accountable for delivering with excellence and profitability
A master-level understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, HTML, digital and emerging trends
Must have experience in XD or Figma
A design portfolio with extensive digital work
Proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work spanning multiple platforms
Demonstrated knowledge of production and post-production process for digital and print
Any HR/Benefits experience a plus
Education
BFA or BA in related field
Graduate degree in Media or Design a plus
