Johnson Service Group, a nationally recognized staffing firm is seeking at Production Manager for our global power manufacturing client in Jackson, MS. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of 4-6 direct reports and indirectly managing up to 150 employees.
Duties:
Drive production results to achieve orders with quality and targets in mind
Identify gaps in the production process to aide in the continuous improvement process
Partner with internal teams on resources and scheduling
Goal setting with direct team members
Problem solve on production delays when needed
Coach direct reports on policies and procedures
Budget management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in a production based role
Strong managerial skillset
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work within the US
