Johnson Service Group (JSG), a professional recruiting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager to support a global manufacturing operation in Mt. Pleasant, PA. This individual will be equipped to manage high quantity projects with less milestones with cost and time being critical.
Responsibilities:
Review contracts, purchase orders and quotes.
Develop project schedule and freeze period with respective stakeholders (internal and external)
Manage orders as a single point of contact for customers; lead customer meetings and have a technical understanding to address inquiries.
Prepare project risk, opportunities and deliverable master document list
Coordinate engineering drawings and customer approvals
Coordinate with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure orders are placed on time
Follow-up on material shipment and receipt; acknowledgment from sites for submission of any milestone billings.
Coordinate with stakeholders for installation, testing and commissioning at site.
Coordinate and document change requests related to SOW and obtain approvals for extensions, additional costs, etc.
Project margin review and analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' relevant experience.
Prior technical knowledge of medium or high voltage equipment is strongly desired.
Must have experience in order management, complex orders, and project execution.
SAP proficiency is preferred.
Strong leadership with the ability to influence.
Able to work under pressure to deliver projects on time, within cost and quality.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
PMP certification, preferred.
