5+ years in a supervisory role managing hourly personnel
Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline)
Experience setting up and overseeing receiving inspection and in-process inspections
Experience creating, reviewing and approving first article inspections with working knowledge of the tools required for inspection
Experience with MES systems and creating inspection plans electronically
Experience working in a manufacturing environment in aerospace or other highly regulated environments
Experience with tolerance and drawing reviews including assessing the ability to verify dimensional requirements (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
PREFERRED
Experience in metrology with programming skills in CALYPSO, PC-DMIS or Metrologic and hands on experience using CMMs, Laser Trackers, scanners or arms
Experience creating real time dashboards using Sigma or Microsoft BI
Experience with developing/validating automated inspection equipment in a manufacturing environment including working with SQL languages
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline)
Manage scheduling of inspection assets such as CMMs, laser trackers and other inspection tools
Oversee the management and calibration of quality lab tools, ensuring adherence to the tool control procedure
Support the establishment of inspection plans
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment
Collaborating with the Quality Lab Manager and other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity

Lead the second shift quality inspection team across the organization
Ensure proper staffing to support second shift operations across the organization
Oversee the daily activities within the quality lab to ensure inspections are conducted efficiently and accurately
Provide guidance to quality inspectors to ensure they effectively perform their duties and consistently adhere to quality requirements
Monitor and report on quality inspection throughput to ensure production schedules and deadlines are maintained
