Job Description

JSG is hiring for a Receptionist
Position is ONSITE (Bonita Springs - 34135)
Currently set at a 3-month contract (Possible extension)

Greets guests and vendors that need access to the building and performs administrative tasks.
Answer phone, manage sign in of guests and vendors.
Manage deliveries in and out of facilities.
Order office supplies for all locations.
Approve invoices for office supplies once receipt confirmed.
Assist facilities manager with miscellaneous duties at any other location.
Assist and contributes to corporate events as needed.
Solid presentation and Communication skills required

Pay: $18 / per hour
