Johnson Service Group (JSG) is teamed with a global leader in the aerospace and defense markets. Our client is seeking a talented Contract Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner - HYBRID 3 days in office to support a wide range of administrative, technical, engineering and professional skills and disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Skills and disciplines include administrative, accounting/finance, engineering, technical, manufacturing, general professional, leadership, etc.
Review and qualify resumes, cultivate referrals, and pre-screen candidates.
Utilize networking opportunities, professional associations, etc., to identify qualified talent.
Facilitate interviews, feedback and hiring decisions for exempt and non-exempt hiring.
Hands-on staffing experience, including recruitment processing, candidate sourcing and pipelining.
Must have strong sourcing/recruiting skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, college recruiting, and related resources.
Ability to conduct thorough phone, virtual, and onsite candidate interviews.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. WorkDay), Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Build solid relationships with leadership teams, and serve as a partner throughout the hiring process.
Knowledge of recruitment trends and practices.
Strong organizational, time management and process management skills are essential.
Qualifications:
4+ years of high-performance staffing /talent acquisition experience, including candidate sourcing and recruiting talent.
1-2+ years of experience within a corporate environment is preferred.
Aerospace, Industrial, Manufacturing and/or similar industry experience is preferred.
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience, proficient with internet search tools and social networking.
Bachelors Degree in Arts/Sciences is a plus.
Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
