Johnson Service Group is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator/Scheduler for our client in San Francisco. Support the Human Resources team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruiting operations to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate interviews across departments and time zones, including multi-round and panel sessions.
Serve as the primary contact for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring clear communication and an exceptional candidate experience.
Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in Greenhouse ATS.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and resolve conflicts.
Prepare and distribute interview materials, agendas, and logistics details.
Support employee engagement initiatives and assist Executive Administrative Assistants as needed.
Assist with onboarding tasks, including pre-hire paperwork and background check tracking.
Maintain dashboards and track key recruiting metrics.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition coordination or HR support role, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or similar systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders, including the C-suite.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
Pay Rate $39/hr. 6 month contractÂ
