Requirements:
This position will be In-Person
Must have at least 2 years of cash and balancing experience (similar to banking or retail) as well as computer skills
Responsible for providing the highest customer service for the company regarding customer accounts, collection arrangements, service orders, high bills and outages
Responds to customer inquiries and concerns
Recommends goods and services that would fit customer needs
Supports the marketing campaigns and promotional strategies offered by Company (retail goods and services)
Is this position supporting a government-related project? No
Does this position require driving (excluding commute)? No
Does this position require personal protective equipment (PPE)? No
