Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG)  is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a Well established manufacturing company in Ohio. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet daily, weekly, and quarterly sales and EBIT bookings targets.
• Manage and maximize revenue, EBIT and share within the structure of the operations and commercial team
• Maintain and analyze essential metrics and necessary information to monitor the health of the contracts and non-contract business.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to recover or improve performance in line with Contract and non-contract requirements
• Prioritize Technical Support projects
• Participate in negotiation of major agreements and amendments to the Contracts
• Develop and nurture customer relationships at the highest level to support key accounts as well as business growth strategies

QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in contract management or negotiation
• 3-10 years of Aerospace technical sales and/or marketing experience
• Multi-year contract negotiating skills with strong financial and legal components • Strong financial analysis
• Ability to formulate improvement plans and engage with other disciplines to deliver to these plans
• Ability to develop strong enduring relationships
• Strategic thinker
• Analytical
• Self Starter
• Ability to drive action/change
