Job Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about HR and administrative excellence? Join our client’s dynamic team as a Sr. People Coordinator! You'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless People operations, focusing on data entry, addressing employee inquiries, and meticulously managing critical processes within the People Operations Team. Your Impact:
Entry: Accurately input and maintain employee information in HR systems.
Employee Inquiries: Serve as the go-to resource for employee questions, offering timely and precise support.
Administrative Duties: Manage various tasks to uphold smooth People operations, including document handling, data audits, and record maintenance.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to HR processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Data Management: Analyze HR data to produce insightful reports supporting decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure People practices align with legal requirements and company policies.
Immigration Support: Aid in internal postings, intranet maintenance, and interview coordination.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition and completion of necessary documents.
Training and Development: Contribute to the implementation of training programs and initiatives.
Employee Life Cycle: Provide support throughout the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a customer-focused approach in all People activities, prioritizing employee needs and experiences.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of HR experience, focusing on administrative tasks, data entry, and handling employee inquiries.
Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have:
Experience with an HRIS and management of data entry.
Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
