Johnson Service Group, a professional recruiting firm, is seeking Project Engineers for its global manufacturing client Mount Pleasant, PA. These Engineers will be responsible for designing, communicating, and implementing operational plans for engineering-based projects.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a tactical and technical leader for customers, generating BOM in ERP systems for needed products.
Work closely with design engineers to review drawings before submitting to customers.
Support cross functional teams such as supply chain, project management and quality for understanding customer requirements
Coordinate with customer and project management team to ensure on-time approvals.
Ability to understand circuit diagrams, schematics, mechanical designs, drawings and assisting with preparation of customer orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
At least 4 years' experience with an understanding of drawings and electrical schematics, specifically low voltage schematic drawings.
Familiarity with electrical circuits; ideally having designed circuits
Knowledge of high voltage switchgear and electrical standards including IEEE, IEC, etc.
ERP system experience, 3D modeling (Creo preferred).
